Mission
DDOT shall, concurrent with any other agency's authority to do so, enforce all violations of statutes, regulations, executive orders, or rules relating to motor vehicle parking offenses and the operation of motor vehicles in the District of Columbia, except those violations contained in § 50-2302.02. (DDOT Establishment Act, § 50-921.04)
