How To Resolve the "Grey" Screen in Globespotter and Streetsmart

Do you see a blank gray screen when logging in to Globespotter? Or do you see a blank gray screen when trying to view a street level image?

Here is how you fix it!

In Chrome:

• Go to Chrome Menu
  
• Go to Settings
• Perform a search for Content Settings.
• Click on Content Settings
  
  
  
  
• Add https://globespotter.cyclomedia.com to Allowed Sites for Flash and Popups.
  
  
  
  
• Add https://globespotter.cyclomedia.com to Allowed Sites for Flash and Popups.
• Refresh browser

In Firefox:

•  Open Menu
  
•  Go to Options
•  Go to Privacy & Settings
•  Scroll down to Permissions
•  Click the Exceptions box to the right of Block pop-up window. Add https://globespotter.cyclomedia.com
• Refresh browser.
  NOTE: it is not recommended that you uncheck the box next to Block pop-up windows as this will deactivate all pop-up blocking.
